I am putting together a package of shareware/freeware apps for blind students
for use with a number of HTML forms-based tools that we are running over the
web. I am very pleased with the Lynx port for Win95 and how well it appears to
handle forms.
Now what I need is a shareware/freeware screenreader and synth to go along with
Lynx and (probably) ircii26 (IRC client). Any ideas? Anybody developed
anything that they want to get out there? This will have to be distributed for
free to blind students, which means I'm sure that a certain number of copies
will circulate outside of that community as well.
Any ideas outside of flames/larts appreciated ;-)
