You are seeing the default text of a frams page.  It knows nothing--not
even the fact that you can follow the frames (if you have lynx2.5(?)+).

Follow this link:

>    FRAME: [3]frame2

Then pick:

   FRAME: content

Just another tragic example of good text going frames for no good reason.
