Cmake build fails when building unix-ported example app in MacOS.
I included apple in a header conditional for including _<utils.h>_ and also
for miscellaneous directory routines at _makefsdata.c_
I also submitted a PR --> https://github.com/lwip-tcpip/lwip/pull/32
