The main changes are:

- 0002-altcp_tls_mbedtls-Add-partial-compatibility-with-mbe.patch. 
  A minimal set of changes to add mbedTLS 3.6 LTS support.

- 0003-RFC-altcp_tls_mbedtls-tcp_out-WAR-for-handshake.patch.
  A WAR for an handshake issue when using LWIP + mbedTLS + LWIP http client
app + LWIP TLS app in U-Boot.
