Hello lwip,

I made some updates on the contrib POSIX library as part of Debian packaging.
It would be good to have them upstream.

1. Minor fixes
2. Add Doxygen as a dependency and fix docs compile errors
3. Add support for pkg-config
4. Fix msg_iovlen_t in GNU
5. Use existing LWIP_SOCKET_HAVE_SA_LEN instead of defining our own
6. Optional interruptiblility in sys_arch_sem_wait
