Dear Simon and dear lwip developers,
Dear Joan (maintainer of lwip Debian package).
I have further updated the patch 3-vdeif.patch.
CMakeLists.txt: now cmake compile in the vdeif interface only if
libvdeplug lib and header file do exist.
A cmake message says whether the vde support has been added or not.
In this way the vdeif support can be added in mainstream source code:
it will not generate dependency problems.
