Details:

Basic SNMPv3 and USM (User-based Security Model) functionality has been
implemented. USM authentication (MD5, SHA) and privacy (DES, AES) are
supported, though providing cryptographic primitives is required. The USM-MIB
is still missing. Defining LWIP_SNMP_V3 is enough to get the default
configuration up and running, but additional configuration is necessary for
USM and standards compliance.
