Details:

Currently the following SNMP interface counters are not implemented in
ethernet.c and etharp.c:
- ifinoctets
- ifinucastpkts
- ifinnucastpkts
- ifindiscards
- ifoutoctets
- ifoutucastpkts
- ifoutnucastpkts
- ifoutdiscards
- ifouterrors

ifinerrors and ifinunknownprotos are already implemented.
