Follow-up Comment #3, bug #46696 (project lwip): Hey, I think there is a simple solution for this: - In tcp_process(), decrement accepts_pending just as pcb->state is set to ESTABLISHED (from SYN_RCVD). - Remove the decrement of accepts_pending in tcp_accepted(). My thinking is that accepts_pending should always be equal to the number of PCBs in SYN_RCVD state associated with the listener. So it makes sense to decrement it at the transition SYN_RCVD->ESTABLISHED.
