Yes. Which means I have to rebuild all of lwIP with only
this lwipopts.h? If so, yikes! Not very useful unit-testing IMHO
if so.

So I'll think I give up on unit-testing since my test apps
seems to work fine with my much tweaked (and GNU-make generated)
lwipopts.h.
