Details:

pbufs are leaked when
a) LWIP_HTTPD_SUPPORT_REQUESTLIST==1, request is not fully parsed but
connection is closed
b) http_recv is called but http connection is already sending (e.g. POST data
coming in but httpd is already sending an error page)
