We use lwip in our devices (AVR32) and we use multicast, unicast with fixed IP 
or DHCP. At the moment I do some effort to make our devices ready for IPv6. So 
if nobody else will do an implementation, I will/must try to do an 
implementation and then I think I can share the code here. But since IPv6 has 
not the highest priority and first I need to get ready with the newest stack 
version (current is 1.3.0), hopefully someone else will do an implementation 
before me.

The discussion is not about whether we implement dhcpv6 or not but rather when. 
Ivan merely said he doesn't need it and many people can make use of lwIP with 
IPv6 without dhcpv6, so we should not delay 1.5.0 or a beta only to add dhcpv6. 
I hope someone eventually takes the effort to code it, though...
