Thanks Kieran. Will 1.4 be available "forever" or will CVS be taken down
when 1.5 (git based) is released?

CVS will remain useful for finished applications that are built on 1.4 and
won't get the time to be updated.

Does this mean serious bugs in 1.4 will not be turned out in a 1.4.1?
Haven't significant bugs reported recently that effect 4.1?
