[lwip-devel] Converting to git

I'm in the process of converting the lwIP CVS repository over to using
git, so please hold off making CVS commits till I'm done, as they are
unlikely to get migrated across if you do.

I'll let you know when I'm done.  The contrib module might take a little
while longer as we need savannah admins to create a second repository
for that.
