Robert, good news for you: I've added an #ifdef for an external function
(DNS_LOOKUP_LOCAL_EXTERN()) that you can use.

Also, I've combined the remove-functions like you suggested and updated the
!DYNAMIC case (can be put into a different section, e.g. flash, and is
read-only).

I hope that does it.
