Follow-up Comment #1, bug #25882 (project lwip):
Does the server permanently announce such a small window? Normally the window
would open, and the MSS-sized segments can escape.
Does the server negotiate MSS? It is unfortunate if the maximum window size
is smaller than the MSS. I am not sure what should be done in that case.
