Follow-up Comment #8, bug #25608 (project lwip): Okay, I see why the u32_t now... level and mask, etc. I agree we shouldn't assume anything about architecture-specific implementation layers. And I didn't mean to suggest anyone should be forced into using types that are inefficient for their architecture.
