Follow-up Comment #2, bug #25608 (project lwip):
Having a look over sys.h, I just thought it would be nice to define
SYS_PROT_xxx as macros, not as functions like it is now.
However, including sys_arch.h in the NO_SYS=1 section is not such a good
idea, as it prevents us from dummy-defining some typedefs and functions...
