?? In this case, the backlog would not be driven by the application, and
should be always 0 or 1 (since each incoming tcp connected will callback
accept_function, which call tcp_accepted). I think this is each time a
netconn_accept is done we should increment the counter (in the same idea that
the tcp window is increased each time the application read the data).
