I like that thought! Maybe we could add a macro like

#define LWIP_MAKE_ADDRWORD(a,b,c,d) htonl((a<<24)|(b<<16)|(c<<8)|(d<<0))

or even

#define LWIP_HOST_MAP_ENTRY(name, a,b,c,d) { name,
LWIP_MAKE_ADDRWORD(a,b,c,d) }

so that the code the user has to change (#define LWIP_HOSTS_MAP) gets more
readable?
