The global variable is not a problem (except the memory use) since dns is
like the other lwIP "core" functions, only one thread should access it in the
same time (and it's use only inside dns_recv).

About mem_malloc, I prefer having a static buffer. Or an option to let the
port decide to use a static or a dynamic buffer (or the stack ?). In all
cases, except one or two lines, there is no lot of changes to do...
