Hmm, Thomas marked it as done, but I don't know what his status on this task
is...

Not using IP_HLEN is not that easy for us since we have the ram for the IP
header 'statically' allocated in the struct ip_reassdata. If we don't know how
long the header will be, we have to allocate that ram from the heap :-(

The 'throw away old fragments and favour new ones' thing is another thing
that's open, yes. I'll think about how to do that...
