Follow-up Comment #30, task #6861 (project lwip):

I just have added checks for overlapping and duplicate fragments. These are
thrown away to prevent blocking of PBUF_POOL pbufs when they aren't needed.
The checks are not big (4 if-statements), but still can be ifdef'ed out until
we decide we really want them in.
