Follow-up Comment #8, task #7213 (project lwip):

Ok, we will document that in the wiki:
http://lwip.scribblewiki.com/Initialization_using_tcpip.c.
& others pages about Initialization.

So, not objects to :

- add LWIP_SOCKET & LWIP_NETCONN in opt.h
- add a src/core/lwip.c file in CVS
- add a lwip_init function like in solution#1 (or#2, I'm not sure about your
answer) - note this function will be also used for sanity check at runtime
with LWIP_DEBUG...
