Follow-up Comment #16, task #6930 (project lwip):
Why an empty netconn_close? What about netconn api software that relies on
that functionality? After all, I think it's cleaner to close the connection
in netconn_close and delete it in netconn_delete, like the names say.
Closing/deleting is not performance-sensitive in most applications, anyway,
so it's not that bad to have two functions...
And in a new socket layer, we can do everything in one function ;-)
