Follow-up Comment #30, patch #5952 (project lwip):

Some remarks:

- In "struct autoip", the "llipaddr" could not aligned on 32bits (I got the
case). To avoid than, I propose to change lastconflict & tried_llipaddr from
u8_t to u16_t.

- In autoip_start, "if(autoip->tried_llipaddr > MAX_CONFLICTS)" is TRUE for
me, so, ttw is 600, which is a bit longer to start the autoip process.
