I feel better to say that "e" is an "error expression", and it avoid a "not"
instruction. But if you really prefer, change it. We can even say it's more
coherent to have the same semantics for ASSERT and ERROR. Of course, don't
forget to upgrade existing LWIP_ERROR.

Last, just to be sure, we are agree to say that all LWIP_ASSERT don't have to
be replaced by LWIP_ERROR, right?
