Follow-up Comment #1, task #6998 (project lwip):

Even if it's not a full implementation, it's the same as current netconn
layer...

There is also a SO_NO_CHECK to disable any checksum (I suppose this is the
same as our UDP_FLAGS_NOCHKSUM, used by NETCONN_UDPNOCHKSUM connections.
