Follow-up Comment #9:

Ok, I have build the change with and without LWIP_AUTOIP. I think nothing
change if LWIP_AUTOIP=0, so, I have check in. But I have note several thing
to study, like some warning due to autoip.h, some initalizations to study in
autoip.c, and some values to replace by defines... Some thing to review are
tagged with a TODO mark.

Dominic, thank you for this new module. Tell me if I break something when I
port your code to last CVS HEAD, I will fix...

Next week, I will do test when I will be at the office...
