So, is there something that I could do about it? Or would this mean that  
Linephone is not usable on Windows (in my case)?

Alternatively, how can I disable the "Audio and Video" option by tinkering  
with the config files? I searched for the equivalent of ~/.linphone but  
couldn't find it.
