Hello.
You can build the Linphone-SDK for Android yourself, with the option -DENABLE_G729=ON.
We (Belledonne Communications) doesn't provide a binary of the SDK with G729 to avoid unwanted licence violations from customers using our products with a proprietary licence, as BCG729 proprietary licence is sold separately.
That said, if your use of the SDK complies with the AGPLv3, you can build it.
