Ok, I see now.
Themes are usually desktop themes. In this case we are talking about 
the color schemes of the Frescobaldi editor.

No way to install them at once, according to:
https://github.com/frescobaldi/frescobaldi/issues/1157

I think that Frescobaldi should include at least one dark scheme 
besides the default light one.
