Re: convert-ly doesn't catch `make-pango-font-tree`

I too had make-pango-font-tree peppered here and there. I adapted the
code manually as convert-ly actually does not work at all on my system
for the time being which is quite strange.

git log -p $ly/Documentation/en/changes.tely
^ is what I do to find such information.
