I don't devote much time to handling bugs (until I'm tagged), but the
reports that have come directly through the GitLab UI have been of
mixed quality. Triage on the mailing list is beneficial.
OK, I'm the only weirdly opinionated one in the room. Let's scrap the
proposal.
