My Pi passes when generating thumb code, but fails when generating arm code.Seems like it was due to a bug in gcc 8.3.0, when I added -fno-strict-aliasing the arm (-mthumb=0) tests pass.
Do you know if it still happens with more recent versions of GCC? -Paul
System I tested on: Raspbian 10 Linux raspberrypi 5.10.63-v7l+ #1496 SMP Wed Dec 1 15:58:56 GMT 2021 armv7l GNU/Linux gcc (Raspbian 8.3.0-6+rpi1) 8.3.0 Updating to Raspberry Pi OS 11 broke my system, had to do a complete reinstall. I sort of messed up, installed the 64bit version of the OS as I thought it supported running 32bit binaries. Seems it doesn't, so not sure if the issue persists with updated packages on 32bit arm. On the upside, the Aarch64 backend passes all tests :)
