i guess its the fan plenty of dust :)
agree, the best is open and replace, should be cheap.

also is not the best to play the laptop over any kind of textile (pants,
beds, whatever). Those are designed to retain heat, while laptop case is
intended to dissipate it.

looks like a hardware issue
