Run memtest86+, using the "txtmode" ROM images which have it in the
GRUB menu. It's broken in the current release, but I think the
r20141015 release should work (for memtest86+) - I'll fix it before
the next release. It will tell you if the memory needs replacing or
not (this is usually the cause of most issues such as what you describe).

Also check that the CPU isn't overheating - run "stress -c 2" (in your
terminal) and "xsensors" (or "watch sensors" in your terminal).
xsensors and stress are in the Trisquel package repositories. Below
80C is ok (below 90 is also ok, but pushing it a bit).

Do you mean that you are getting kernel panics (when it reboots)? You
could try to get the logs and post them here.
