Hi,

the online documentation is a bit old. there is some more  
documentation in the current CVS head. look at cvd/documentation.h or  
build it yourself using doxygen.

in general, the VS 2005 build files are not entirely up-to-date. so  
some files might be missing. if you update the build files, it would  
be great, if you could send us the changes or check them in.
