[Jailkit-users] allow a jailed user to change ip address?

Hi,

I am trying to restrict a user to being able to change the IP address of the server they are logged into.

I understand this probably isn't a common requirement for someone in a jailed environment but I was wondering if its possible and if so how I could go about achieving this requirement.
