although not important for you (since you use jk_chrootlaunch), this is
funny, jk_chrootsh should be setuid root
# ls -l /usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh
-rwsr-xr-x 1 root root 49197 2008-11-06 09:58 /usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh
^-- note the 's' here
