what exactly do you mean by 'faster' ? That depends on the speed of your
hardware, especially disk access. The latest jailkit should be a lot
faster already because it caches a lot of data.

which commands are too verbose for you? Can you give an indication which
messages you want to have in the output, and which messages you don't want
in the output?
