Hello,
I recently gave a talk in Fosdem's Declarative and Minimalistic
Computing devroom:
https://fosdem.org/2022/schedule/event/minimalsyntaxes/
In it I provide a justification for:
* Koutliner as a useful PIM aid
* Koutliner blocks existing as collections of heterogenous formats and
classifications
* the Koutliner format being mixed with other formats (including Gemini
protocol's GemText)
* adding annotations to provide inferences to block content
I provide examples about how the format can be parsed with the parser
and lisp, TXR.
In addition, I provide an example of how a collection of Koutliner annotations
could be represented semiotically with Tikz.
If you have any questions then Im happy to answer.
Enjoy,
Jonathan McHugh
