The API exposed by librec is documented in the rec.h header file. Usage
examples can be found in the different recutils utilities recsel.c,
recins.c, etc.
It would be nice to document it further in the manual. But I don't see
doxygen adds any more value than the function prototypes + commends in
rec.h...
