With RCS one simply renames the RCS file consistently
with renaming the source file, e.g.:
mv foo bar
mv RCS/foo,v RCS/bar,v
RCS doesn't keep track of filenames and renames itself;
that's up to you (or you can use a more-advanced version-control
system).
