problem with rcsdiff

Hi,

When using rcsdiff (rcsdiff.exe) on NT, I got
following message:


D:\BMT\ccecare\bb\server\v532>rcsdiff
d:\BMT\ccecare/bb/server/RCS/make.def,v

RCS file: d:\BMT\ccecare/bb/server/RCS/make.def,v
retrieving revision 12.1
rcsdiff error: /usr/local/bin/co.exe failed
rcsdiff aborted

D:\BMT\ccecare\bb\server\v532>

rcsdiff tries to look for UNIX path of co, which is
not there because it is WNT.
Any advice (env. variable maybe?).
