version command for RCS

how can i tell what version of RCS I have.  On HPUX 10.20, rcs is not
compatible with the CVS 1.9 we are using.  I have to build RCS 5.7 to
get everything compatible.  I was just curious to see what 10.20
delivers for an RCS version.

The -xsuff option is unavailable which makes CVS 1.9 fail....CVS 1.11
has no issue, however, we need to stay with the CVS 1.9 for some tools
we have in-house.
