Proportional error model

Dear MCSim developers,

 

My name is Anna, for now I am trying to make my own pharmacokinetic using MCSim. I want to make my model with the proportional residual error model. Do you know how to do it?

 

Best solution I have found recently is making my own distribution function (in mh.c file), that multiplies the variance by the observation before calling the lnDFNormal function. All parameters estimated by the model with my likelihood function were normal, except the residual error. It was too big to be true.

 

I am still looking for the ways to introduce the proportional error into my model and will be very glad, if you can help me.
