[help-gv] gv options not saved

When I use gv I usually enable the watch options and others options
using the State/gv Options menu, followed by the Apply, Save and Dismiss
buttons. But for my surprise, every time I execute the gv command, the
watch option and all the other ones I have choosen appears disabled.
What happens?
