hi everyone,
i have had problems and was no more able to resolve with grub rescue. I
had a sequence than doesn't work...
(now i have UEFI)
set prefix=(HD0,gpt4)/boot/grub
set root=(hd0,gpt4)
insmod )hd0,gpt4)/boot/grub/linux.mod
linux /vmlinuz root=/dev/sda4 ro
initrd /initrd.img
boot
or
... from third row
insmod normal
linux /vmlinuz ro single
initrd /initrd.img
insmod linux
boot
at the end resolved with rEKInd, that i suppose bypass grub or the EFI
partition
someone knows whate is wrong in the sequence i used?
best reguards
valerio
