grub cannot "boot ISO".

grub can boot 'isofiles' using 'loop' for some distros.

I have no problem booting Ubuntu iso's and their derivatives using casper. No problem either with grml, gparted, debian and manjaro. I have not of course tried some other distros (some may not be possible). And some, like manjaro (and arch) requires complicated 'parameters' to boot.

Best if you go to the individual website or forums to check how to.
And yes, I can put all iso's in a partition (a usb partition too) to boot.
